Our story
Built for one job, done properly
Bewell Nutraceutique was founded in 2009 in Vallet, south of Nantes, on a site designed from the ground up for the manufacture of food supplements — not converted from something else.
Twenty minutes from Nantes Atlantique airport and an hour from the Atlantic, Vallet sits in a region of vineyards, century-old cellars still in use, and a built heritage of châteaux and neo-Gothic churches. It is a good place to receive a customer who wants to see where their product is actually made.
Today the company is part of Essendi Group and develops and manufactures health supplements for brands, laboratories and distributors worldwide. Two manufacturing sites in France, one in Spain and a commercial and raw-material sourcing office in Vietnam give our partners a direct bridge between European quality and Asian markets.
Our industrial tool handles small series as readily as large ones — which matters when a brand is testing a concept before committing to a national launch.
