Every format, every material

We package tablets, capsules and softgels in virtually any format and material found on the market, on flexible lines that run from the first unit to the largest series.

Packaging

The last stage is the one the consumer actually holds

Our multiple packaging lines are highly flexible — bottles and blisters with automatic cartoning — and adapt to the widest range of packaging solutions, from the first unit to the largest run.

Packaging is not a finishing touch: it determines shelf life as much as the formula does. An induction heat-seal liner on a pill box, an aluminium blister for a hygroscopic tablet, an amber bottle for a light-sensitive oil — each of these is a stability decision, taken with your formula in front of us.

Our dedicated packaging site at Saint-Florent-le-Vieil handles labelling, cartoning and final inspection, whether the product was made in Vallet, in Vilamalla or — in the case of softgels — by a partner manufacturer.

Screw-cap bottle

50 ml to 750 ml · PET, HDPE, rPET · IHS sealing

Every cap features an induction heat-seal liner for an optimal barrier against moisture — the reference choice when the formula is sensitive or the shelf life needs to be long.

Blister

Individual protection, on the go. Blisters are ideal for packaging tablets, capsules and softgels unit by unit. They make the product easy to carry and keep every dose fully protected against moisture — even once the pack has been opened.

Softgels

Softgels are packaged and quality-controlled on our lines — in bottles, blisters or cartons — alongside the capsules and tablets we manufacture ourselves. Manufacturing of the softgel itself is handled by a partner; talk to us about your project and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it on.

Frequently asked questions

What packaging formats are available?
Clip-on and screw-cap bottles from 50 ml to 750 ml in PET, HDPE or rPET with induction heat-seal liners; blisters of 10 to 20 units in Alu/PVC/PVDC 350 µ, clear or white; sachets; and fully customisable printed cartons with automatic cartoning.
What is the minimum order quantity for packaging?
5 000 SKU for cartoned products. Note that the minimum order quantity for the product itself depends on the galenic form — 300 000 units for capsules and tablets, from 2 000 units for powders and liquids.
Do you package softgels?
Yes. Tablets, capsules and softgels are all packaged on our lines. Softgel manufacturing itself is not carried out in our own plants, but packaging, quality control and finishing are.
Can the packaging be recycled or made from recycled material?
rPET — recycled PET — is available for bottles, and our cartons are made from board. The right choice depends on the barrier your formula needs: a hygroscopic or oxygen-sensitive formula constrains the material more than a stable one does.
