14, 15, 20 or 25 capsules per blister in Alu/PVC/PVDC 350 µ, clear or white — including DUO blisters at 68 × 98 mm or 70 × 128 mm.
Sachets and cartons
Automatic cartoning into fully customisable printed boxes — dimensions, colours and matte or glossy finishes.

What capsule sizes does Bewell Nutraceutique offer?
Sizes T00, T0, T0+, T1 and T2 to T5 are available. The four most common are T2 (6.3 × 18 mm, 220–290 mg), T1 (6.6 × 19 mm, 300–390 mg), T0 (7.5 × 21 mm, 400–540 mg) and T00 (8.2 × 23.4 mm, 550–650 mg). The fill weight depends on the density of the powder, so the final choice is made once the formula is fixed.
Are vegan capsules available?
Yes. HPMC and pullulan shells are plant-based and suitable for vegan and vegetarian positioning. Bovine and marine gelatin shells are also available, as are delayed-release shells for actives that must pass through the stomach intact.
What is the minimum order quantity for capsules?
The minimum order quantity is 300 000 units. Monthly capacity across our filling lines is 100 million capsules, so both small and large series can be accommodated.
