What information should I include in my first message?
The galenic form you have in mind, your target market, an estimated annual volume and whether you already have a formula. If you do not know yet, say so — helping brands define the product is part of the job.
How quickly will I get an answer?
We aim to come back to every qualified request within two working days, with a first feasibility view. A costed proposal follows once the formula and the volumes are clear.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?
Yes. We routinely work under NDA and can sign yours before any technical detail is exchanged.
