What is the minimum order quantity for a food supplement?
It depends on the galenic form. Hard capsules and tablets start at 300 000 units. Powders start at 50 000 units for unit-dose sachets and 2 000 units for jars and doypacks. Liquids start at 5 000 units for droppers and pipettes, and 2 000 units for bottles. Packaging in cartons starts at 5 000 SKU.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
Under OEM, Bewell Nutraceutique manufactures your own formula to your specifications. Under ODM, our R&D team develops the product for you, from the initial concept to a compliant, industrially feasible and market-ready formula. Both routes give you a single contact from first idea to finished product.
Do you offer private label or white label manufacturing?
Yes — private label and white label are the commercial names for what the industry calls OEM and ODM. Under private label, the product is manufactured and packaged under your own brand: your name, your design, your claims. Bewell Nutraceutique handles formulation, production, quality control, packaging and regulatory compliance; you own the brand and the market relationship. Turnkey projects, where we take the product from concept to delivered pallet, are our most common arrangement.
Which certifications does Bewell Nutraceutique hold?
The company is ISO 22000:2018 certified (Bureau Veritas), holds a GMP attestation, is organic-certified by Certipaq and FDA registered. Manufacturing follows the HACCP method, and the site also covers NF EN 17444 anti-doping and Halal requirements.
Do you manufacture organic food supplements?
Yes. Bewell Nutraceutique has been certified organic by Certipaq since April 2017 and manufactures supplements compliant with the EU organic regulation, in all four galenic forms.
Can you handle export documentation?
Yes. Our regulatory team manages health claims, product declaration, label compliance and export document management, including customs paperwork. We already supply brands in more than 15 countries and operate a commercial and sourcing office in Vietnam for the Asia-Pacific region.
How long does a new product take from brief to delivery?
A straightforward OEM project on an existing formula typically runs from three to four months. An ODM project including formulation, bench trials, stability studies and regulatory validation usually takes six to nine months, depending on the complexity of the formula and the target market.
